RE PET Reinforced is a line of eco-friendly fabrics and at the same time highly technical which reduce the exploitation of natural resources, giving “a second life” to recycled plastic containers, production wastes and scraps of t-shirts and fabrics, keeping unchanged the quality features and excellent levels of mechanical performances, such as traction, tear and abrasion resistance. Reinforced RE PET is made of recycled Pet fibers mixed to HT polyamide, in compliance with RCS standard for blended recycled fabrics.
Jacquard fabric produced with 100% PET yarns that meet the requirements of the Global Recycle Standard (GRS). Hot Melt lamination is a latest generation technology that provides the most innovative response for textile lamination in terms of efficiency and respect for the environment. The complete absence of solvent makes it an eco-friendly process. Internal support produced with 100% PET polyester fibers, equipped to provide the right thickness and support required in footwear production.
TECHSHELL, sturdy, water repellent and breathable. It is made of yarns having a very high level of abrasion resistance. The yarns are directly woven in the fabric to grant high tenacity and high performances as regards rubbing resistance.

Highly performing fabric, 100% polyamide, it provides durability and excellent resistance to tears and punctures. Its durability is 2-7 times higher than nylon, polyester and cotton. Light, easy to maintain and quick to dry.
THINSULATE™ insulation 600 g/m², 88% polypropylene 12% polyester, suggested for extremely cold environments or activities with low body heat generation.

CUT PROTECT High tenacity protective material, 100% polyester, it releases fibres which promptly arrest the pronged chain of the saw. High performance with less weight and volume, therefore better ergonomics, higher foot sensitivity, lower fatigue, higher comfort and lower risk of accident.

GORE-TEX PTFE membrane is made of 1,4 billion pores per cm² granting waterproofness and high breathability. GORE-TEX membrane protects against chemical agents and resists to high temperatures.
Besides the tests in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2022 standard, all of our footwear with the GORE-TEX membrane are subjected to strict tests required by GORE, also on single components, upper materials, laces and accessories to guarantee a superb manufacturing process.
Highly insulating barrier made of aluminised felt, 100% polyester. The thin felt fibres hold the air, superb insulator. The micropore aluminium layer rejects the infrared rays of the body warmth towards the source of warmth, the foot, thus keeping it warm whilst allowing breathability.
Breathable, abrasion resistant lining made of elastomeric fibre. It maintains shape and ensures comfort and an easy walk.

POLYURETHANE SPECIAL COMPOUNDS
POLY-GREEN was born from COFRA laboratories, a material made of virgin and recycled polyurethane properly measured and mixed, in order to guarantee a perfect proportion between impact energy absorption and support.
FORMULA SOFT Thanks to an advanced mixture, studied and tested in our laboratories, the polyurethane compound “FORMULA SOFT” of our midsole is less hard and more elastic than any sole in the market. It guarantees great support thanks to the uniform distribution of the air blisters. The perfect weight/volume ratio provides comfort, lightness and technical performance complying with the chemical-physical-mechanical requirements demanded by the standards.
The softness of the sole can be experienced in case of strong impacts with the ground, during which the sole gets progressively harder, thus avoiding impact shock on the spinal column.
COLD DEFENDER PU is a special polyurethane compound which guarantees higher performances than the ordinary polyurethane for:
- MECHANICAL RESISTANCE TO LOW TEMPERATURES: particularly sturdy in dynamic conditions and under strong mechanical strains, typical of different work activities, under extreme temperatures up to -25 °C;
- THERMAL INSULATION: together with the footwear construction, it guarantees successful tests for Cold Insulation with better results than the ones required by the standard.
HEAT DEFENDER PU is a compound devised to prevent heat from passing through the sole into the shoe: it resists to 150 °C for 30 minutes without its chemical-physical features being altered.

NON-WOVEN FABRIC PUNCTURE RESISTANT INSOLE
Conductive, puncture resistant fabric, almost entirely recycled, made of special non-woven fibers. It complies with the UNI EN 12568:2010 “Foot and leg protectors” requirements. It is the softest, most flexible and 55% lighter compared to any other puncture resistant midsole made of fabric, thanks to its construction and its materials. Its honeycomb texture guarantees performance in terms of thermal insulation never obtained till now.
PERFORATION RESISTANT INSOLE MADE OF ARAMIDIC FIBERS
Tested according to EN 12568:2010, requiring a plate resistance to 110 Kg (1.100 N) with no perforation on the upper part. Even more flexible, lighter and more comfortable, also than the current antiperforation textile. Higher protection against perforation risks than any other anti-perforation system.
